, a unique graphic design service that has brought in fantastic results.
What 99Designs does is allow you to create a sort of contest among multiple designers. The designers then submit their interpretation of your project for you to choose from and you start to filter through the designs. Its pretty amazing the quality of work that comes through.
I had one client that I set up a web site for. She needed an elegant logo created, which I couldn’t help with, so she went to 99designs. The process was very easy and very fun (at least for me, since I didn’t have to worry about getting a graphic designer hired!) She narrowed her choices and gave feedback and ultimately ended up with a very professional, very elegant logo. Within a week, her brand was defined and her logo was integrated into the website we created for her. It was great!
Another client of mine wanted a simple landing page website, but wanted it totally unique. We went to 99designs and put the requirement out. There were so many designs submitted, we could have put up dozens of sites. Ideas that weren’t even on our radar came in, which made the process so much better – it helped us think outside the box!
